Ronda sat on her patio, watching the sunrise and deep in thought about her family after receiving a call from her father at 4:00 a.m. about a strange call her father received about Ronda's grandfather, who was a New York City detective, who was found wandering the streets of lower Manhattan in an incoherent state of mind. He was sent to Terry Hill Hospital for observation, but died without an autopsy or a reason for his death, only a few months after being admitted to Terry Hill.

       Now it was up to Ronda to find out who was behind the call to threaten her father and the rest of the family. She has to uncover what happened in her family's past. Her search takes her through old records and inside the old abandoned hospital campus where her grandfather died forty-six years ago. Terry Hill security guard, a former Naval intelligence officer, Tom Hanson, agrees to help Ronda solve the family's forty-six-year-old mystery. Together they search not only the hospital, but also walk through her Grandfathers pass leading up to his mysterious death.
